Returns and Exchange Policy
We do not allow returns of products once sold from the website. If you are not sure of the size or any other details of a product, kindly check the sizing guide or instructions of use or other details of the product before buying the product. Exchanges (if applicable)

UPDATE (18th June 2018) - We now allow Exchanges of Products in case there is a size issue. But the costs for the return of product to us and the re-shipment of the correct size will have to be borne by the customer. To avoid such a scenario where there are unnecessary costs to the customer, we strongly recommend the customer to properly ascertain their right size before making the purchase. We are always available through multiple channels of communications to handle any of your queries.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over Rs. 2000, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
